A River Flowing east is an experimental short film written and directed by Ben Lithman and produced by Harrison Watts and William Cooper. It was created as a second year student film with a crew of just three people. The entire film was developed, written, shot and edited in just over one month using a small budget sourced through crowdfunding. The film follows Marcus a factory worker who after one day falling into a coma decides he’s not happy with the way his life is going and chooses to invest in happiness.
